When I click on the Business or the Personal button in the log in area, nothing happens. What should I do?
A. If you do not get a response when you click on the "Business" or "Personal" button on our homepage, it might be due to a setting in your browser that is preventing the login area from functioning correctly. Please click here to go to browser technical support page.
Q. I am already an online banking user but when I try to login using my member number and click the business button I get a security question that I did not setup?
A. Business Online Banking went live on August 5, 2008 and offers our business members two packages to cater to their needs. Since this is a separate system from our Personal Online Banking System, you will have to go through the intitial setup before you are able to log into the new system. How do I register and use online Bill Payer?

Enrollment is fast and easy. Everything is done online. Access
online banking and select Bill Pay from the blue toolbar.

Why doesn't my password work?
A.
Make sure that you are entering only numbers. If you are using
only numbers and still experience problems, please call

To get help with your Quicken software, go to http://www.intuit.com/support/.
Q.
How do I download into Quicken or Money?
A.
Once inside of online banking, from the blue toolbar select
Accounts and then Download. Select the account and then enter
the dates to include in the download. If you select to receive
a QIF file, when saving the file to your computer, make sure
to place .QIF after the file name.
Q.
How do I go back to a previous screen in online banking?
A.
Do not use the "back" button at the top of the page.
This will require you to refresh the page. Use the blue toolbar
to move around in the site.
