Announce Election Results

Baton Rouge, LA - March 27, 2013
The Campus Federal Board of Directors announced today at its 78th Annual Meeting the names of the newly elected board members. Campus Federal’s Board of Directors serve staggered three year terms. This year, three Board members were up for re-election: Sheila Faour, Chief Financial Officer at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport; Joe Kelley, retired from LSU in Baton Rouge as Associate Vice Chancellor and currently serving as CEO of Kelley Holdings, LLC; and Dr. Ken Paxton, retired Professor Emeritus with the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness at LSU in Baton Rouge. Vivian Frey, Promotions Specialist in the Organizational Development Department at OLOL Regional Medical Center was appointed to the board in 2012, as a result of the OLOL Federal Credit Union merger in April 2012. She served as president and vice president for the credit union prior to the merger.
The nomination information was mailed with the 2012 year-end member statements. Members were informed of the guidelines required for the nomination process as outlined in Campus Federal charter. No petitions were received by the deadline of February 16, 2013. Therefore, Sheila Faour, Vivian Frey, Joe Kelley, and Dr. Ken Paxton, are your board members by acclamation.
