Board Members Elected for 2009For Immediate Release

BATON ROUGE, La., - Campus Federal Credit Union announced today at its Annual Meeting the names of the newly elected board members who were selected by mail ballot. Campus Federal's Board of Directors serve staggered three year terms. This year, three Board members were up for re-election: Dr. Roger Hinson, Kathleen Schiacchetano, and Greg Bursavich. In addition, Ella L. Lee, CPA, Associate Director of Accounting, Health Science Center in New Orleans qualified by an at-large petition.
Ballots and voting instructions were mailed February 20, 2009 to all active memberships on record as of December 31, 2008. Qualifying ballots received by the March 19, 2009 deadline were tallied by the independent tellers of the election, Postlethwaite & Netterville Accounting Firm. As noted in the voting instructions which accompanied the 2009 Official Mail Ballot and Member Verification Form, the three (3) candidates receiving the highest number of votes were seated on the Board for a three year term beginning in 2009.
All three incumbents were re-elected by popular vote: Kathy Sciacchetano, (retired) Office of Student Aid and Scholarships Louisiana State University; Dr. Roger Hinson, Professor Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness LSU; and Greg Bursavich, MBA, CPA, Director of Financial Accounting & Reporting & Associate Comptroller LSU.
