FAC - Automated Phone System Upgrade

The credit union offers a variety of products and services that provide members with convenient access to their accounts. The Financial Action Center (FAC) is one of those services. As you have used FAC in the past, we want to inform you that the system will be upgraded on February 22, 2010. It will have new navigation and new menu options. The Push Button Loan option will be phased out; however, all other functionality will be preserved and enhanced.
The new menu options are easy to navigate, but are completely different from your past experience. Below is a flow chart showing how to sign on to FAC. After the welcome message, you will sign on by entering your member number, then your pin. Once in the system, you will have options 1, 2, 3 or 0, which will take you to menu (1) accounts and loan inquiries; (2) payments, transfers & withdrawals; (3) new member number, rates & other activities; or (0) to transfer to a teleservice representative. After selecting an activity, simply follow the prompts to complete your transaction.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in adapting to the new menus of the FAC system. The upgrade was necessary to provide the necessary support for this system.
