The Credit Union National Association Marketing & Business Development Council has recognized Campus Federal with a 2022 Diamond Award for its promotion of, The Interaction Center at Long Farm Village.
This Diamond Award was for the “Complete Campaign” category. Campus Federal’s winning campaign included a virtual tour of the location, billboards, social media promotions, digital advertisements and a web page all with the tagline “Digital Banking with a Human Touch.”
The Interaction Center offers both modern banking technology and on-site representatives to serve members. This campaign sought to raise awareness for Campus Federal’s new service location while ensuring it was discernable from a full-service branch.
“We’re honored to be recognized with this award,” Campus Federal Sr. VP of Marketing and Business Development Bonny Botts said. “The Interaction Center was a new concept designed to enhance our members’ experience and drive new memberships in the area. Our marketing team had to find ways to explain how this location differed from a traditional branch, and they certainly rose to the challenge.”
