Campus Classic and Lagniappe Checking account holders are given the opportunity each month to earn the reward of having their account fee waived by meeting certain criteria, including the number of times their debit card is used for purchases.

While we are under the Louisiana COVID-19 Stay at Home mandate by the Governor, we are aware our members do not have the opportunity to swipe their cards while ordered to stay at home. We are also aware many of our members have lost their jobs due to COVID-19 and may not carry the account balances they have in the past.

To alleviate some of the financial burden many our members are feeling right now, we have waived the maintenance account fees for these two accounts for March and April.

As a reminder of the account requirements, for Campus Classic Checking we always waive the $8 monthly maintenance fee if you make 15 debit or credit card purchases on your account each month OR carry a $5,000 Relationship Balance (your average monthly loan balance plus average monthly deposit balance under the same membership number). For Lagniappe Checking, you will still need to meet the account requirements in March and April to earn the rewards of dividends and ATM fee refunds, but the $10 account fee will be waived even if you don’t carry a $5,000 Relationship Balance in these two months.
