A Message from Jane Verret, President & CEO of Campus Federal

I hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe. Throughout these last few months, we as a country and a credit union have had to press pause on much of life as we had known it, including our daily routines – commuting to work, visiting with friends and family and doing the things we enjoy outside of our homes. With the Governor’s Order this week to begin Phase 1 reopening, we understand more citizens will be venturing out into our communities as non-essential businesses begin to reopen. As we follow the state and local guidelines, our highest priority at Campus Federal remains to ensure the health and safety of our employees, partners, communities and you, our members.

We have all become very familiar with the term, ‘social-distancing.” I choose to refer to it as ‘physical-distancing.’ As a credit union, our goal is to provide excellent service to our members, which is not possible without social interaction. We will have to work together to find new ways to replace the business handshake when we serve you in person, but we genuinely hope you will be able to see we are smiling underneath our face masks!

As an essential business, Campus Federal has remained open with contactless drive-thru and Campus ConnectTM video teller service for our members during the Governor’s Stay at Home Order. Starting this Monday, May 18, we will begin to expand access to our branch lobbies for members by appointment. Our branches will include new physical-distancing signs and enhanced cleaning protocols. This is all to ensure that when you come back in to our lobbies, you will feel safe and at ease. Our drive-thrus and video teller machines will remain open from 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am – noon on Saturdays. For your convenience, you can bank 24/7 from anywhere using our digital services, like Online and Mobile Banking, BillPay, Campus ClickSM Mobile Deposit and more.
