Campus Connect ITMs
What is an ITM?
ITM stands for Interactive Teller Machine. ITMs look similar to an ATM, but with one big difference – you can speak with a Campus Connect ITM teller using live video chat. Our friendly remote tellers can assist with virtually any transaction that you can do inside a branch with a teller including:
- Depositing checks and cash (no deposit slip or envelope needed)
- Cashing checks
- Withdrawing cash
- Making payments on Campus Federal loans
It's easy to use. Simply touch the screen to speak to a Campus Connect ITM teller. Enjoy enhanced convenience with expanded service hours of Monday-Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM and Saturday, 9 AM – 1 PM. ITMs can also be used 24/7 as a traditional ATM – just insert your debit card and enter your PIN.
What Can You Do at an ITM?
At our Campus Connect ITMs, you can perform a variety of banking transactions, including:
- Deposit cash and checks
- Cash checks down to the penny*
- Withdraw cash
- Break a larger bill
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Make a loan payment
- Change your contact information
- And more!
*ITM located at OLOL Children’s Hospital is unable to dispense coins.

- Convenience: ITMs have expanded service hours of 7 AM to 7 PM weekdays and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays, so you can bank with more hours that are convenient for you. No need to get out of your car – just drive up to one.

- Speed: ITMs can help you save time on your banking transactions, as we have several ITMs open per location. Our Campus Connect tellers are serving members statewide, as you don't have to wait in line to speak with a teller.
- Personalization: ITMs allow you to interact with a live Campus Connect teller who can help you with your specific banking needs.
- Security: ITMs use state-of-the-art security features to protect your financial information.
How to Use an ITM
Using an ITM is simple:
- Walk or Drive-up to the ITM.
- To speak to one of our Campus Connect tellers, simply touch anywhere on the screen and you will be connected to the next available teller. You will be asked for your member number or other identifying information. The teller will guide you through the transaction step-by-step.
- To conduct a traditional ATM transaction, simply insert your Campus Federal debit card, credit card, ATM card or even a different financial institution’s card into the blinking card reader and follow the prompts on the screen. If you change your mind, and would like to speak to a live teller instead, you can cancel the transaction at any time before completion.
