My Campus Mastercard
Any member of Campus Federal Credit Union with a Share Draft (Checking) Account that qualifies for a Mastercard® Debit Card, as well as Campus Prestige and Campus Rewards Mastercard® credit card holders. Business Debit and Business Campus Rewards Mastercard® Credit Card holders are also eligible. ATM, HSA and SmartCare Accounts are excluded.
Yes, it will have the same card number as your existing card. But, since the new personalized card will be issued with a new expiration date, you may need to update your information with any merchants you have authorized to debit your account. This does not impact ACH or Free Bill Pay transactions.
You can change your card as often as you like. The fee each time you order a new card is $10.00.
Every submitted image is reviewed for compliance with the Terms and Conditions and Image Guidelines.
See our Terms and Conditions for image criteria. Campus Federal reserves the right to reject any image we believe violates the Terms and Conditions. If an image is rejected you will be notified by e-mail within 2 to 3 business days.
There is a $10.00 fee for each new card, or $10.00 replacement fee if the card is reported lost or stolen. The fee will be deducted from your checking account linked to your debit card.
Upon expiration of your card, a new card will be sent with the same image as your most recent card.
Your card will be delivered by the US Postal Service.
You can expect your card to be mailed within 5-7 business days, so you should receive it within 10-14 business days.
Usernames must be at least 8 characters, including letters (upper and/or lower) and numbers.
Passwords must be between 8-16 characters in length including letters (1 upper or 1 lower) and a number.
Actual balance is the total amount of funds in your account. It does not include holds or pending transactions.
Available balance is the amount that is available for transactions.
Click on the 'Check Services' widget, select the 'Stop Payment' tab, click on 'New Stop Pay Request' and fill out the Add Stop Payment Request form.

Your Campus Federal Debit or Credit card has a daily spend limit to help protect your account from fraud and unauthorized purchases.
We understand you may need to make a large purchase or your spending patterns may change, so we offer the flexibility to increase your daily spend limit on a temporary or permanent basis. If you need to increase your daily spend limit, please contact us:

This is a 4-8 digit pin number that allows you to access your accounts via our automated telephone system. If you don’t know or have forgotten your PIN, call 888-769-8841 to speak with a Member Relations Center Representative. If you know your PIN and would like to change it, this can be done via FAC. Once you’re logged in, press option 3, then option 4 to change your PIN.

Yes, you can update your mailing address via secure messaging when you are signed into online banking. Click on the message icon when you are logged into your account and provide your new information. You can also change your address by calling us.
If the interest you received was $10 or less for the year, you are not required to report it and will not receive a 1099.
