Sr. Business Portfolio Manager
Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Business Portfolio Manager to join our team! The primary purpose of this position is to assist Campus Federal in our Mission, to enhance the lives of our members and the communities we serve. This is accomplished by providing excellent service to members and to team members.
Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze requests for business credit, review existing business loans, spread and analyze financial statements and test for compliance with loan agreement covenants.
- Recommend risk ratings and loan structures based on the evaluation of the borrowers’ creditworthiness, collateral sufficiency and borrowing needs.
- Determine the sufficiency of collateral including ordering and reviewing third party real estate appraisals and environmental reports, performing receivables aging analysis and testing for borrowing base compliance.
- Maintain business loan files by documenting the receipt of financial information and reviewing files for accuracy.
- Analyze and decision loan applications within the Smart Care platform that are not automatically decisioned or where exceptions exist.
- Ensure that Smart Care applications are addressed/decisioned within the response time agreed upon with merchants.
- Assist with the process and procedures related to Smart Care, Campus Capital, Business online banking, Business Remote Deposit Capture (Campus Click), and ACH/Merchant Services as well as other indirect products.
- Ensure compliance with the internal policies of Campus Federal as well as regulatory requirements.
- Assist with developing and maintaining portfolio reports including tracking and clearing of business lending policy exceptions, loan agreement exceptions and financial statement exceptions.
- Assist with other lending and portfolio management functions as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in area of specialty and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or in a related field.
