Any member of Campus Federal Credit Union with a Share Draft (Checking) Account that qualifies for a Mastercard® Debit Card, as well as Campus Prestige and Campus Rewards Mastercard® credit card holders. Business Debit and Business Campus Rewards Mastercard® Credit Card holders are also eligible. ATM, HSA and SmartCare Accounts are excluded.
Yes, it will have the same card number as your existing card. But, since the new personalized card will be issued with a new expiration date, you may need to update your information with any merchants you have authorized to debit your account. This does not impact ACH or Free Bill Pay transactions.
You can change your card as often as you like. The fee each time you order a new card is $10.00.
Every submitted image is reviewed for compliance with the Terms and Conditions and Image Guidelines.
See our Terms and Conditions for image criteria. Campus Federal reserves the right to reject any image we believe violates the Terms and Conditions. If an image is rejected you will be notified by e-mail within 2 to 3 business days.
There is a $10.00 fee for each new card, or $10.00 replacement fee if the card is reported lost or stolen. The fee will be deducted from your checking account linked to your debit card.
Upon expiration of your card, a new card will be sent with the same image as your most recent card.
Your card will be delivered by the US Postal Service.
You can expect your card to be mailed within 5-7 business days, so you should receive it within 10-14 business days.

Actual balance is the total amount of funds in your account. It does not include holds or pending transactions.
Available balance is the amount that is available for transactions.

The current aggregate limit for POS and signature based transactions is $5,000.00 per business day.
The current limit for ATM withdrawals is $500.00 per business day.
For MasterCard Debit, Credit, or ATM cards call 1-800-992-3808 to change your PIN number. The FAC PIN can be changed by accessing FAC, press option 3; then option 4 to change the PIN.

If you don’t know or have forgotten your PIN, call 888-769-8841 to speak with a Member Relations Center Representative. If you know your PIN and would like to change it, this can be done via FAC. Once you’re logged in, press option 3, then option 4 to change your PIN.
