Campus Federal employees volunteered to help guide and direct the traffic within the hallways of the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine Campus in Baton Rouge at their recent Open House event. For more than 15 years, Campus Federal has partnered with LSU Vet Med to provide volunteers for this event. At this year’s free event, nearly 5,000 community members attended to discover the fantastic world of veterinary medicine and the latest developments in animal healthcare, welfare and biomedical research. The Open House featured a petting zoo, teddy bear repair station where children got their stuffed animals “sutured,” and various animal demonstrations.
