Campus Federal Credit Union (CFCU) recently held a grand opening celebration which featured a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the opening of the Siegen Branch, Mortgage & Business Center at 6108 Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge. The celebration was in honor of the completion of the building, which replaced the full-service Sherwood Forest Branch nearby. Invited guests included CFCU Executives, Board of Directors, plus Ambassadors, community members and special guests.

The contemporary design of the building appears to be three stories but it is actually a two-story building with high ceilings. The full-service lobby includes two Campus Connect Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), offering members the latest in technological advances, along with a technology bar for easy account management. Members can perform routine transactions on the Campus Connect ITMs, but for more complex transactions and banking needs during regular business hours, there are Campus Federal expert team members available.

Campus Connect ITMs are also available in the drive-thru providing extended hours of operation for members; Monday-Friday 7 AM-7 PM and Saturday 9 AM-1 PM. The ITMs connect members with a live teller to perform all the same transactions as a traditional drive-thru teller window from the convenience of their vehicle. The ITMs also function in ATM mode and are available all day, every day.

“Campus Federal has long-term organizational growth goals in the areas of business solutions and mortgage lending. By creating a full-service branch and lending center on Siegen Lane, the credit union can expand technology, physical presence, and employee resources to support lending and member experience initiatives. We look forward to continued growth to serve our members as financial partners for every stage of their lives,” said Jane Verret, President and CEO, Campus Federal Credit Union.
