With Campus Federal’s customized Mastercard® Debit, Prestige or Rewards Credit card service, you can upload an image of your choice for placement on your personal or business Mastercard® Debit or Credit card. Campus Federal customized Mastercard® Debit and Credit cards are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to those found in the Cardholder Agreement.

Terms & Conditions

You understand there is a $10.00 fee for each new card, or $10.00 replacement fee if the card is reported lost or stolen. The fee will be deducted from your checking account linked to your debit card. You understand delivery of your new My Campus Card is expected in 10-14 days and Campus Federal is not responsible for additional postal or vendor delays. Campus Federal reserves the right to reject any submitted picture. Examples of prohibited photographs include, but are not limited to:

  • Professional photos that are under copyright®, trademark™ or otherwise recognizable images
  • Text in the photo that is not clearly understandable
  • Advertising, promotional text, slogans, copyrighted or trademarked material, including meme and viral images
  • Phone numbers, URLs
  • Brand names or branded products
  • VISA, American Express, Discover or any other payment brand references
  • Celebrities, athletes, musicians, public figures, etc.
  • Socially unacceptable groups, including political groups, gambling, hand signals, graffiti, non-country flags
  • Provocative or sexual content, including profanity, obscenities, nudity or semi-nudity
  • Violence, firearms, weapons or ammunition
  • Alcohol or tobacco
  • Any content that might result in problems at point of sale or interfere with security features of the card
  • Any content that might infringe, denigrate or dilute the Mastercard® brand or its member financial institutions

By creating a customized My Campus Card Mastercard® Debit or Credit card, you assure that Campus Federal is free of risk of any loss, damages, liability, should any be incurred by the use of the image.

Custom image specifications

File Type

Image files can be in either .JPEG, .GIF, .PNG, .TIFF or .BMP formats

Size

The maximum file size is 10 megabytes (Mb)

Resolution

Images must be at least 840 x 840 pixels (4.2in. x 4.2in.)

Image Restrictions

In addition to your compliance with the Image Guidelines, you represent and warrant to Campus Federal:

a) The image you are submitting was created by you and you are the owner of the image, and/or you obtained express written consent from the owner of the image for you to use it on your My Campus Card and for Campus Federal to alter, copy, print, distribute, prepare, and use the image on your My Campus Card;

b) You have obtained the express consent of any person other than yourself who appears in the image you are submitting; and

c) Use of the Image will not infringe any businesses' or individual's rights, including intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

d) If Campus Federal requests, before or after accepting your image, you shall provide us with reasonable proof of such owner, written consent and/or non-infringement.

e) You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Campus Federal, its affiliates, subsidiaries, its card membership organizations and its and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, contractors and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to attorney's fees) that may arise from the issuance or use of your customized card with your submitted image on it, including (without limitation) any and all claims alleging trademark or copyright infringement, and/or the violation of a right of privacy or publicity or any other right.

Rejected Images:

Campus Federal has the sole discretion to accept or reject any image submitted for your My Campus Card. The Image Guidelines above are in place to assist you with choosing an acceptable image. If your image does not meet the guidelines, or if we reject it for any other reason, we will send you an email and invite you to try again using a different image. Campus Federal reserves the right to exclude anyone from future use of the My Campus Card service who submits or repeatedly submits images that do not follow image guidelines.

Campus Federal's liability hereunder is limited to refunding any fee associated with the issuance of a customized card and we are not liable to you for any loss, damage, claim, or expense whatsoever in relation to any action or omission by us in connection with the customized card service or product. Campus Federal is not responsible for poor-quality images or images poorly positioned on the customized card template. Images and copies thereof will not be returned to you for any reason.

By choosing the "Accept" option you certify that you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions and that the image you submitted to Campus Federal for your My Campus Card complies with the Image Guidelines and you authorize Campus Federal to charge your account with the associated fee.
