Campus Federal Invests in LSUS Team Development Through Conference Partnership

Campus Federal Credit Union proudly partnered with LSU Shreveport (LSUS) as a sponsor and featured presenter for the LSUS Staff Senate Professional Development Mini-Conference held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, on the LSUS campus.

Established in 2023, the conference supports faculty and staff development through skill-building and professional growth. This year’s event focused on collaboration and communication, featuring six leadership sessions aimed at strengthening teamwork and effectiveness.

Campus Federal served as keynote speaker, with Business Development Officer Auburn Brasher leading a presentation titled Financial Collaboration and Communication: Enhancing Teamwork and Clear Communication for Success.” Brasher’s session emphasized how clear communication and shared financial understanding can strengthen collaboration across teams improve decision-making and drive organizational success.

Strong communication and collaboration are at the heart of every successful organization,” said Brasher. When teams are aligned, whether in finances or in purpose, they’re better equipped to serve their communities and achieve meaningful results.”
