Campus Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa O’Deay to Vice President of Marketing effective December 1, 2025. In her new role, O’Deay will lead the strategic direction and execution of statewide marketing and communication initiatives to continue strengthening the Campus Federal brand, drive member engagement and support product adoption.
O’Deay joined Campus Federal as Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Marketing in August 2022 and has played a pivotal role in elevating the credit union’s marketing strategy and brand presence. During her tenure, she spearheaded nationally recognized, award-winning advertising campaigns, refreshed and streamlined brand standards, and led a digital transformation that enhanced member engagement. She implemented a new media buying strategy that delivered significant cost savings, optimized digital technologies to improve messaging efficiency, and strengthened the overall member experience through innovative, data-driven initiatives.
As Vice President of Marketing, O’Deay will oversee advertising, digital strategy, website management, public relations along with internal and external communications. She will also oversee the marketing budget, set long-term and short-term objectives and ensure alignment with Campus Federal’s mission to be a trusted financial partner for every stage of life.

O’Deay is an active leader in the Baton Rouge business community, serving a second term as Board President of the Sales and Marketing Executives (SME) organization, which hosts annual excellence awards recognizing outstanding marketers. She also is an active member of the AAF Baton Rouge. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University and brings nearly 25 years of experience in marketing and communications.
