Campus Federal Credit Union’s Chief Operating Officer, Kristie Daspit, addressed the LSU faculty and instructors who recently attended the REFRESH: New Energy for Teaching event, hosted by LSU’s Office of Academic Affairs. This half-day seminar and workshop focused on inspirations for moving their teaching curriculum forward – both in person and virtually – statewide. Daspit spoke about Campus Federal’s mission and its partnership with LSU as its official credit union since 1934.
The focus of the LSU Learning and Teaching Collaborative (LTC) is to promote student success and growth through the continued development and enhancement of LSU faculty and instructors. Through its Teaching and Enhancement fund, Campus Federal has sponsored the year-long Faculty Engagement Program for the past 21 years, contributing more than $400,000 in support of professional development for faculty members.
