Campus Federal Credit Union is pleased to welcome Melissa Tullier as Vice President of Operational Systems and Support. Tullier brings more than a decade of experience in credit union operations, lending and strategic planning. She joins Campus Federal following leadership roles at both OnPath Federal Credit Union and Louisiana Federal Credit Union.
In her new role, Tullier will oversee Campus Federal’s operational systems and support functions, including core banking systems, payments infrastructure, card services, fraud management and shared branching. She will also serve on the Corporate Management Team, contributing to long-term strategic planning and operational excellence.

Most recently, Tullier served as Vice President of Strategic Planning for OnPath Federal Credit Union in Metairie, where she co-led a core banking system conversion and oversaw vendor and contract management for a newly merged organization. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Consumer Lending at Louisiana Federal Credit Union, managing a $300 million loan portfolio and spearheading a successful mortgage platform upgrade that drove nearly 20% growth in mortgage volume.
Earlier in her career, Tullier led eServices and Retail Support Operations at Louisiana FCU, where she was instrumental in launching new digital platforms, streamlining dispute processing and implementing fraud-reduction strategies. Her career began in product management with regional telecom provider EATEL.
Tullier holds an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a BA in Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is well-versed in the Jack Henry Symitar core banking suite, as well as regulatory compliance, consumer lending and project management.
