Campus Federal Welcomes Ross Talbert as Chief Experience Officer

Campus Federal Credit Union is pleased to welcome Ross Talbert as Chief Experience Officer. Talbert brings more than 17 years of leadership experience in member experience, retail operations, lending, payments, marketing, business development and strategic growth within the credit union industry.

As Chief Experience Officer, Talbert will lead Campus Federal’s member experience strategy, branch operations, call center services, sales culture and relationship management efforts. As a member of the executive leadership team, he will help guide organizational strategy while supporting the credit union’s continued focus on service excellence, employee engagement and sustainable growth.

Most recently, Talbert served as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for Kinetic Credit Union, where he led strategic growth initiatives, business intelligence programs and marketing efforts. He also previously served as Chief Experience Officer for Louisiana Federal Credit Union, helping drive significant revenue growth while advancing lending, operations and leadership development initiatives.

Talbert earned an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arkansas State University. He is a Certified Senior Executive through the Credit Union Executives Society and a graduate of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University
