Campus Federal has opened its state-of-the-art 27,500 square-foot Siegen Branch, Mortgage and Business Center located at 6108 Siegen Lane at the intersection of Cloverland Ave. in Baton Rouge. The branch located at 5711 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd. along with its staff have moved to this new facility on Siegen.
In addition to being a full-service branch, this new facility houses the credit union’s Mortgage, Lending Operations and Business Services departments consisting of roughly 50 Campus Federal employees. The facility includes ‘hoteling space’ or additional offices plus approximately 4,700 square feet for up to three tenant spaces on the first floor.
This location features modern banking technology including three Campus Connect ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines for optional live teller assistance via two-way video to assist with transactions) in the drive-thru with extended hours of 7 am – 7 pm weekdays and 9 am – 1 pm Saturdays, plus a technology bar with iPads for self-service and much more.
