Image file must be a jpeg, png, gif or Bitmap, 840 x 840, 10MB or less.

Step Two:

Preview your design

Flip, rotate, resize and move it over the card template to get it just right.

Submit your order

You will receive an email confirmation from us within 1-2 business days notifying you of the status on your design.

Customize Card

Please note your current card number will not change when you place your customized card order, but it will be issued with a new expiration date, so you may need to update any Debit card auto-payments you have established.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can create a customized debit or credit card?
Any member of Campus Federal Credit Union with a Share Draft (Checking) Account that qualifies for a Mastercard^® Debit Card, as well as Campus Prestige and Campus Rewards Mastercard^® credit card holders. Business Debit and Business Campus Rewards Mastercard^®Credit Card holders are also eligible. ATM, HSA and SmartCare Accounts are excluded.
Will my new personalized Mastercard® Debit or Credit Card have the same card number as my existing Mastercard® Debit or Credit Card?
Yes, it will have the same card number as your existing card. But, since the new personalized card will be issued with a new expiration date, you may need to update your information with any merchants you have authorized to debit your account. This does not impact ACH or Free Bill Pay transactions.
How often can I change the image on my personalized debit card?
You can change your card as often as you like. The fee each time you order a new card is $10.00.
How does my image get approved?
Every submitted image is reviewed for compliance with the Terms and Conditions and Image Guidelines.
What images are not acceptable?
See our Terms and Conditions for image criteria. Campus Federal reserves the right to reject any image we believe violates the Terms and Conditions. If an image is rejected you will be notified by e-mail within 2 to 3 business days.
How much does it cost?
There is a $10.00 fee for each new card, or $10.00 replacement fee if the card is reported lost or stolen. The fee will be deducted from your checking account linked to your debit card.
What happens when my card expires?
Upon expiration of your card, a new card will be sent with the same image as your most recent card.
How will I receive my personalized card?
Your card will be delivered by the US Postal Service.
How long will it take to receive my card?
You can expect your card to be mailed within 5-7 business days, so you should receive it within 10-14 business days.
