Any member of Campus Federal Credit Union with a Share Draft (Checking) Account that qualifies for a Mastercard^® Debit Card, as well as Campus Prestige and Campus Rewards Mastercard^® credit card holders. Business Debit and Business Campus Rewards Mastercard^® Credit Card holders are also eligible. ATM and HSA Accounts are excluded.

Yes, it will have the same card number as your existing card. But, since the new personalized card will be issued with a new expiration date, you may need to update your information with any merchants you have authorized to debit your account. This does not impact ACH or Free Bill Pay transactions.

You can change your card as often as you like. The fee each time you order a new card is $10.00.

Every submitted image is reviewed for compliance with the Terms and Conditions and Image Guidelines.

See our Terms and Conditions for image criteria. Campus Federal reserves the right to reject any image we believe violates the Terms and Conditions. If an image is rejected you will be notified by e-mail within 2 to 3 business days.

There is a $10.00 fee for each new card, or $10.00 replacement fee if the card is reported lost or stolen. The fee will be deducted from your checking account linked to your debit card.

Upon expiration of your card, a new card will be sent with the same image as your most recent card.

Your card will be delivered by the US Postal Service.

You can expect your card to be mailed within 5-7 business days, so you should receive it within 10-14 business days.

Disputing a transaction on your account is easy! Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Locate the Transaction: Sign into your Online or Mobile Banking account and navigate to your account activity history. Find the transaction you want to dispute. You can add additional transactions to the dispute later when completing the dispute form.  
2. Initiate the Dispute Process: 
In the web-based app: Click on your disputed transaction. Then, click "Help" in the top right of the transaction summary. Choose the applicable option.

If reporting an error or fraudulent activity – choose "I want to report an error or fraudulent activity."

In the mobile app: Click on your disputed transaction. Then, click "Dispute" at the bottom of the transaction summary.

3. Finalize the Dispute: Complete the form and select all the transactions you want to dispute. Then, click "Next" to proceed with the acknowledgement steps.

Following these steps will initiate a dispute for the chosen transactions(s).

Current balance is the total amount of funds in your account. It does not include holds or pending transactions.

Available balance is the amount that is available for transactions.

Click on the 'Check Services' widget, select the 'Stop Payment' tab, click on 'New Stop Pay Request' and fill out the Add Stop Payment Request form.

Your Campus Federal Debit or Credit card has a daily spend limit to help protect your account from fraud and unauthorized purchases.

This is a 4-8 digit pin number that allows you to access your accounts via our automated telephone system. If you don’t know or have forgotten your PIN, call 888-769-8841 to speak with a Member Relations Center Representative. If you know your PIN and would like to change it, this can be done via FAC. Once you’re logged in, press option 3, then option 4 to change your PIN.

Yes, you can update your mailing address via secure messaging when you are signed into online banking. Click on the message icon when you are logged into your account and provide your new information. You can also change your address by calling us.

Send money to U.S. and foreign financial institutions. Wire requests must be made in person or by phone, with the financial institution’s name and complete physical address, routing (ABA Number), account name and number to be credited, along with the physical address.

In order to denote savings or checking, use -01 following the account number to represent savings or -02 for checking. For example, if your account number is 12345 for savings you should enter 12345-01. For checking you should enter 12345-02.

The IRS Form W-8BEN is required for all foreign members who hold an account with Campus Federal Credit Union. Each member listed on the account, including any authorized signers, must submit an individually completed, signed and dated Form W-8BEN.
