  • Branch Manager

    Campus Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager to support the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Credit Union's objectives. 

     Principle Accountabilities:

    • Provide a superior level of member relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
    • Within lending authority, approve/deny loan applications based on applicant’s creditworthiness and Campus Federal loan policies.  This includes loan applications originated by other branch personnel that are above their lending authority.
    • Attain established Credit Union and branch member, loan, and deposit growth goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.  
    • Participate in community affairs and outside sales visits to increase the Credit Union's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
    • Serve as the branch’s subject matter expert relating to more complex loan and deposit account processes and act as liaison between branch personnel and support areas.
    • Promotes business for the Credit Union by maintaining good member relations and referring members to appropriate in-house personnel and Credit Union affiliates for new services.  
    • Resolve member complaints in a manner that will maintain member loyalty and protect the reputation of the credit union.
    • Perform supervisory duties of department staff, either directly or through a subordinate manager. Ensure proper branch staffing. Interview, hire, train, coach, motivate, discipline, and evaluate performance of department staff.
    • Provides continuous training to staff regarding operations and policies.
    • Ensure branch adherence to quality control standards during the lending and account opening processes.
    • Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and sensitive member information is maintained and secured.

    Requirements: 

    • 3+ years supervisor/manager experience in a financial institution
    • Lending knowledge/decision making 
    • Strong operational skills

  • Executive Assistant

    Campus Federal has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant to provide executive assistance to C-level Executives, Corporate management and Board of Directors.

     Responsibilities:

    Makes all arrangements including securing venue/meeting room, refreshments/lunch, as well as prepare agenda and materials for Board of Director meetings, Corporate management meetings, and other meetings as needed. 

    Assist with planning the Board of Directors/Supervisory Committee strategic planning retreats.

    Monitoring of Board of Directors policies, Credit Union Corporate Policies & Bylaws for annual review followed by presentment to committee/board for final approvals.

    Take, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.   May include the following: Annual meeting, Board meetings, Corporate Management meetings, Supervisory Committee meetings, etc.

    Maintain Board website software (i.e. Aprio) and serve as administrator for the system.  Conduct training as needed for Board member access.  

    Assist with orientation and training of new volunteers as well as annual training required by the NCUA.

    Responsible for managing budget for Board meetings, events and activities.  Prepares expense statements and maintains corporate filing system.

    Coordinates all travel arrangements for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee and C-level Executives as needed.

    Handle special projects as requested by Board of Directors and Management. 

    Coordinate, create, and update/maintain all meetings for board and Corporate management calendars.

    Assist with coordinating management events, such as Corporate management planning retreat.

    Purchases/maintains inventory of supplies as needed.

    Maintain updates and provide research as requested.   

    Others duties as requested.

  • Digital Delivery Project Manager

    Campus Federal has an immediate opening for a Digital Delivery Project Manager I to plan, manage and implement the credit union’s digital self-services projects on-time, within scope and within budget.

    Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Assist with planning of all aspects of digital self-service projects with internal stakeholders and selected vendors to implement systems related to the Credit Union’s digital self-services.
    • Manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, assisting with capturing Project Knowledge, maintaining in a manner for stakeholders to access and reference.
    • Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders.
    • Assist with managing internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of digital self-services projects.
    • Assist with the review and communication of the progress of digital self-services projects with stakeholders.
    • Build/manage the relationship with all stakeholders and third parties/vendors/other fin. Institutions
    • Assist with performing risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Report and escalate project issues and/or changes to management as needed.
    • Assist with maintenance of Change Management of Campus Federal’s existing digital self-services and current projects.
    • Assist with editing and maintaining diagrams and process maps to document digital self-service dependencies and projected needs, learning the integration with other Campus Federal systems and services.
    • Learn, understand and document all aspects of all digital services, as well as all credit union operations that functions with, and/or as a result, of the digital services.
    • Record, maintain and perform specific department policy and procedures.
    • Act as backup to other Digital Delivery positions and perform other related tasks as requested.

     Job Requirements: 

    • Bachelor Degree Required

    Campus Federal Credit Union seeks experienced  Financial Service Representative in our Shreveport region to provide exceptional member service to current and prospective members through; consultative sales of appropriate Credit Union products and services.  FSR participates and supports Campus Federal in reaching its sales and service goals.  

    Candidates should be friendly and professional and have excellent customer service skills.  2+ years’ experience in opening new accounts and consumer lending, including making a lending decision, is required.  

     Responsibilities:

    • Actively cross-sell additional products and services by identifying needs of current and prospective members and offers appropriate credit union solutions.
    • Promotes business for the Credit Union by maintaining good member relations and referring members to appropriate in-house personnel and Credit Union affiliates for new services
    • Provides routine retail loan products to current and prospective members 
    • Assist in attaining established Credit Union and branch goals through active participation and promotion of sales management activities including outbound calling program.
    • Assumes responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures.
    • Handle routine member inquires and problem resolution in a accurate and timely fashion.
    • Will float between branches when needed.
    • Conducts paying and receiving functions as needed.

  • SS Specialist - Check 21 

    Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Support Services Specialist I-Check 21. This position is responsible for performing daily Check 21 processing and end of day core banking platform operations.  

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    • Process Check 21 files to include: Verification of branch/teller check totals, balancing third party check files (Remote Deposit Capture, Campus Connect ITM, etc.). Create electronic cash letters and transmit balanced files to the Federal Reserve, work adjustments from the Federal Reserve and help maintain check21 equipment.
    • Process and correct clearing errors and check adjustment requests through internal or external sources.
    • Organize and store all physical transit checks. Maintain physical checks according to our retention schedule and properly dispose of checks after the retention time frame has been met.
    • Process Merchant Remote Deposit Capture to include approving incoming deposits within approved limits, monitoring deposits to ensure check image accuracy, communicating errors to the Business Services department, proofing and posting remote deposits to the core.
    • Process Consumer Remote Deposit Capture to include approving incoming deposits within approved limits, monitoring deposits to ensure check image accuracy, proofing and posting remote deposits to the core.
    • Perform functions associated with end-of-day processing to the core-banking platform to include, but not limited to: proofing and posting of data files, receiving and transmission of data files to and from third party vendors, statement processing, and any other jobstreams as scheduled.  Provide additional support of mainframe operations when the computer operator is not available.
    • Monitor the core-banking platform for operational malfunctions.  Troubleshoot any problems as needed and work with vendors to resolve system issues and restore systems to working condition as needed.
    • Monitor functionality of our auto-job schedule program and troubleshoot as needed.
    • Process ACH functions for the evening same day file to include, but not limited to: receiving, proofing and posting of ACH files.  

    This position provides backup support for various areas within the department during the latter portion of the workday to include but not limited to: mail processing and return to mail processing. 

    Due to the nature of this position the hours for this position will be Monday – Friday, 1:30 pm – 7:30 pm. 

    Education and Experience:

    • Experience in XP with posting transactions is preferred; teller experience is helpful
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Experience with all Microsoft Office products
