    • Financial Service Representative

      Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative in our call center! The primary purpose of this position is to assist Campus Federal in our Mission, to enhance the lives of our members and the communities we serve. This is accomplished by providing excellent service to members and to team members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions that will enhance the lives of our members. Financial Service Representatives provide current and prospective members’ exceptional service using a consultative sales approach to become the member’s trusted advisor through every stage of their life.

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Provides retail deposit and loan products and services to current and prospective members through a consultative sales approach.
      • Within lending authority, approve/deny loan applications based on applicant’s creditworthiness and Campus Federal loan policies.
      • Assist members with complex retail and mortgage lending request.
      • Promotes business for the Credit Union by maintaining good member relations and referring members to appropriate in-house personnel and Credit Union affiliates for new services.
      • Assist in attaining established Credit Union and branch goals through active participation and promotion of sales activities including outbound calling program.
      • Assumes responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures.
      • Assists member with inquiries and product servicing via phone, fax, email, web and video chat, and secure messaging.
      • Processes varies member service requests including financial transactions, check orders, Debit/Credit cards, fraud disputes, stop payment requests, and ACH originations.
      • Maintains a high knowledge level of all products and services in order to effectively respond to member inquiries and resolve issues.
      • Assists members with accessing all Credit Union digital service offerings.
      • Process outgoing wire requests accurately and timely.
      • Communicates suspected member account abuse including potential red flags, elder abuse, or regulatory issues.
      • Updates members’ mailing address and contact information after diligent member authentication.

      Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience in a financial institution.
      • Lending experience preferred
      • Knowledge of banking rules and regulations
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Member Relations Center Manager

      Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Relations Center Manager to join our team! The primary purpose of this position is to assist Campus Federal in our Mission, to enhance the lives of our members and the communities we serve. This is accomplished by developing a highly effective team of employees to their highest potential through coaching and leadership and providing excellent service to members and to team members. This position will be responsible for ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of the member and recommend appropriate credit union solutions that will enhance the lives of our members. The position oversees all call center activities involving remote access with our members via oral, virtual and digital communication with our membership.

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Responsible for the daily operation, supervision, guidance, coaching, recognition, motivation, training, and performance reviews of department personnel in alignment with strategic goals
      • Perform direct supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staffing coverage
      • Develop and maintain monthly reports to support efficient and member centric operations
      • Oversee the implementation, enhancement and support of call center systems
      • Ensure staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action as needed
      • Attain sales production, member retention, quality control and member service goals
      • Resolve member complaints in a timely manner that will maintain member loyalty and protect the reputation of the credit union
      • Handles complex internal and external member inquires, financial transactions, account maintenance and problem resolution in an accurate and timely manner
      • Maintains a working knowledge of all Credit Union products and services
      • Establish and maintain best practices for cross sales, loan applications, new accounts, inbound and outbound calls, and for the retention of members
      • Maintain and promote the image of the Credit Union in a professional and positive manner
      • Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and sensitive member information is maintained and secure
      • Provide sales and service support for marketing campaigns and product launches
      • Delegate day to day operations to the Branch Operations Manager or other personnel
      • May perform duties in the absence of the Branch Operations Manager or other such management capacities as directed by the VP of Consumer Service

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a call center environment. Experience in a financial institution preferred

    • Campus Connect Teller

      Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Campus Connect Video Teller/Commercial Teller to join our team at our Siegen Branch, Mortgage and Business Center. The primary purpose of this position is to assist Campus Federal in our Mission, to enhance the lives of our members and the communities we serve. This is accomplished by providing excellent service to members and to team members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions that will enhance the lives of our members while engaging member interaction through an interactive video teller machine.

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Provide exceptional member service by engaging member interaction through an interactive video teller machine
      • Accurately and promptly performs paying and receiving functions
      • Recognize needs and actively offer Credit Union products and services to current and prospective members as appropriate
      • Assume responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures to ensure the safety of Credit Union assets
      • Perform general account maintenance
      • Efficiently handles transactions from multiple platforms
      • Research and resolve basic member inquiries and problem resolution accurately and timely
      • Support Credit Union and branch goals through active participation and promotion of sales activities
      • Balance ITM machines to core platform transactions daily

      Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma/GED required
