  • Business Intelligence Analyst (Baton Rouge)

    Campus Federal Credit Union has immediate opening for a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze and satisfy reporting and to develop reports and reporting structures as required.  Also responsible for proactively generating and compiling, complete with recommended improvements to business processes, operational procedures, and corresponding reporting structures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create new data warehouse reports allowing easy access to the data without human intervention.
    • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
    • Chart existing processes in order to define current reporting activities for the development of existing and future reporting procedures and models.
    • Work with application development staff to coordinate the creation and management of reporting structures.
    • Design, develop, and maintain browser based front-end for the delivery of business intelligence reports.
    • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in reporting systems across the organization.
    • Advise end-users regarding appropriate, effective, and efficient use of organizational reporting capabilities and functions.
    • Liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes.
    • Understand cross-functional business relationships and their use of information.
    • Monitor and track the implementation of reporting structures in regards to technical changes and change management.
    • Communicate reporting changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally and through written documentation – to immediate supervisor and members of the team so that issues and solutions are understood.
    • Develop routines and procedures for end-users to facilitate best practices use of reporting tools and applications.
    • Analyze and integrate third-party application data into the existing infrastructure.
    • Conduct research and make recommendations on reporting tools, services, protocols, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
    • Assist with the maintenance/jobs and overall performance of our Microsoft SQL Servers.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or combination of formal education and equivalent work experience in relational database management.
    • An understanding and knowledge of SQL Server technologies and strong SQL programming skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services preferred; or knowledge of Crystal Reports is acceptable (but not required).
    • Ability to multi-task many projects both independently and in a team environment with general supervision.
    • Strong communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to write and communicate adequately and coherently in a business environment.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of production databases. Experience with Fiserv XP2 preferred but not required.
    • Experience in financial services preferred.

  •  Receptionst (Shreveport)

    Campus Federal Credit Union has immediate opening for a Receptionist/Greeter in Shreveport to convey an atmosphere of professionalism and exceptional member service by promptly greeting and directing members and guest/visitors to the appropriate department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promptly greets members and guest/visitors.
    • Assist members using the Interactive Teller Machines
    • Receive and announce visitors and guests to the appropriate Credit Union personnel.
    • Answer telephone, route calls and/or take messages for appropriate personnel.
    • Direct members to appropriate employee.
    • Monitor member wait time.
    • Assist on special projects as needed.
    • Maintain reception/public area.

    Requirements:

    • Friendly demeanor and professional image
    • Technologically savvy; familiar with Microsoft Office products
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Experience in a financial institution preferred

    Campus Federal Credit Union has immediate opening for a Full Time Teller in Baton Rouge.  Provide exceptional member service to current and prospective members through efficient handling of paying and receiving functions; handling of member inquiries timely and accurately; offering products and services that meet the members needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional member service through accurate and prompt member assistance.
    • Perform paying and receiving functions.
    • Actively offer Credit Union products and services to current and prospective members.
    • Assume responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures.
    • Perform general account maintenance.
    • Research and resolve member inquiries and problem resolution accurately and timely.
    • Assist in attaining established Credit Union and branch goals through active participation and promotion of sales activities.
    • Responsible for ensuring safety of Credit Union assets.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years teller experience
    • Strong operational skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to cross-sell products and services
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Professional appearance
