    •  Marketing Manager

      Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager.  This position is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract and retain members; develop and implement new products, marketing methods, and creative concepts to maximize profits and expand the membership based on research, competitive and economic trends. 

      Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

      • Perform financial analyses of existing and potential new products and services 
      • Prepare and implement business cases for new lines of business
      • Manage day-to-day activities with full service ad agency including the production of all advertising and promotional materials, coordinate placement and distribution of the same (including lobby and digital collateral) for new and existing services
      • Create all in-house advertising collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic programs, including print and electronic brochures, signage, ads, flyers and other promotional materials
      • Develop marketing plans for campaigns, product promotions, and other marketing efforts
      • Keep abreast of new product development and marketing methods and trends, including technology potentially available for delivery systems and channels
      • Manage all aspects of the website utilizing CMS including all content, rates, compliance, and creative concepts.        Develop landing pages, lead generation pages, and pixel placement for campaigns, products, or sponsors as applicable 
      • Manage email marketing efforts including developing, creating, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing pieces promoting products, services, and events 
      • Manage and monitor Onboarding Program in Documatix, with adjustments based on response rates, product types, and best practices
      • Assist with all public relations including preparing and distributing industry and media press releases on a local, statewide and national level
      • Write and publish blog content for Campus Federal’s official blog in the ‘Learn’ section of the website
      • Manage Social Media platforms and update the official Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn pages for the credit union.  Respond to member messages, posts, or other communication on social media
      • Manage Google My Business listings including both branch and ATM listings, reviews, and Google Search
      • Serve as the Marketing Team Leader with branch administration staff including leading internal communication efforts - Implement new products, documents procedural manuals and coordinate staff training on new and existing products and their applications with the training staff, branch and department managers; prepare and present Quarterly Update Presentations
      •  Assist facilities with branch design and branding elements 
      • Create and distribute all external and internal communications for members and employees 
      • Manage all vendor relationships including electronic in-branch TVs, check and statement print vendors along with third party affiliate programs such as CUNA and Sallie Mae 
      • Help evaluate compatibility of third-party software interfaces
      • Responsible for management information in relation to:
        • Tracking/analysis/budget control of promotional efforts
        • Compliance issues regarding products/services and advertising
        • Updating Intranet and Product Handbook 

      Education and Experience:

      • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
      • 10 years experience in marketing including advertising design, digital marketing and web design 
      • Experience in financial service industry or creative/ad agency is preferred
      • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
      • Experience working in Microsoft Applications including Excel and Word 
      • Experience working with email marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact or Documatix
      • Excellent writing skills for blog articles, press releases and other public relations 
      • Experience developing and creating digital marketing including pixel placement 
      • Creative thinker who can develop ads as well as products 
      • Experience with all aspects of Social Media marketing

    • Teller

      Campus Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a full time teller.  Provide exceptional member service to current and prospective members through efficient handling of paying and receiving functions; handling of member inquiries timely and accurately; offering products and services that meet the members’ needs.

      Responsibilities: 

      • Provide exceptional member service through accurate and prompt member assistance.
      • Perform paying and receiving functions.
      • Assist with branch morning and evening duties to include opening and closing the vault, working and locking the night depository, setting up the teller station with supplies and cash, and balancing the teller window/branch.
      • Actively offer Credit Union products and services to current and prospective members.
      • Assume responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures.
      • Perform general account maintenance.
      • Research and resolve member inquiries and problem resolution accurately and timely.
      • Assist in attaining established Credit Union and branch goals through active participation and promotion of sales activities. 
      • Responsible for ensuring safety of Credit Union assets.

      Requirements: 

      • 1-2 years teller experience 
      • Strong operational skills
      • Strong customer service skills 
      • Ability to cross-sell products and services
      • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
      • Professional appearance

    •  Teller Supervisor

      Campus Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a teller supervisor. This position will provide supervision and direction to teller staff to; ensure Credit Union’s standards of excellence in member service; assist in Credit Union reaching its sales and service goals; paying and receiving requirements.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Provide exceptional member service through accurate and prompt member service. 
      • Responsible for ensuring the safety of Credit Union assets.
      • Supervise and direct teller staff to ensure adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures.
      • Review and approve transactions above subordinate teller limits in accordance with established guidelines and authority levels.
      • Monitor and balance cash vault and teller cash daily
      • Assist in attaining established Credit Union and branch goals through active participation and promotion of sales management activities.
      • Actively offer Credit Union products and services to current and prospective members.
      • Research and resolve member inquiries and problem resolution.
      • Perform paying and receiving functions. 
      • Monitor internal control of cash and negotiable items.
      • Coordinate teller training and sales coaching.
      • Assist Branch Manager with completing/conducting teller performance appraisals and counseling.
      • Participate in teller scheduling

      Requirements: 

      • 2+ years supervisor experience
      • Progressive growth in financial institution
      • Strong operational skills
      • Strong customer service skills 
      • Ability to cross-sell products and services
      • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
