Campus Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors has two board members with expiring terms and one upcoming vacant seat. The nominating committee, comprised of current board members, is placing John Grubb and Paul Favaloro before the membership for re-election and Gretchen Hofeling for election to the Board of Directors for a three-year term beginning in March 2026. All three members have accepted nominations to serve.

Members who are not nominated but who are interested in running for a seat can be nominated by petition. The petition must be signed by a minimum of 1% or 438 Campus Federal Credit Union members in good standing, as of September 30, 2025. Accompanying the petition should be a statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a letter from the nominee that he/she is agreeable to the nomination and will serve, if elected. Mail these items to Campus Federal Credit Union, Attention: Nominating Committee, P. O. Box 98036, Baton Rouge, LA 70898. All petitions must be received no later than Friday, February 13, 2026. If no petitions are received, the nominees listed in bold in the first paragraph will be seated to the Campus Federal Board of Directors.

John Grubb was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2019, filling an unexpired term. As a dedicated volunteer for more than 20 years, he has previously served as a Campus Federal Ambassador and Associate Board Member and now chairs the Campus Federal Credit Union Board of Directors. John received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communications from Louisiana State University. He is currently the Director of Talent Development at the Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership. John is active in the community and serves on multiple boards, including the Baton Rouge Lodging Association (Past President), the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame, the Louisiana Travel Association (LTA) and the Capital Area STEM Network Advisory Board (CASN).

Paul Favaloro was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2016, filling an unexpired term. He began his volunteer service with Campus Federal in 2014 as an Associate Board Member. Currently the Executive Director of Planning, Design and Construction, Paul has been working at Louisiana State University for over 30 years and earned his Master of Public Administration degree from LSU. Paul’s expertise in facilities management, planning, design and construction administration has contributed to the Board’s strategic planning processes as Campus Federal continues to expand its branch footprint to accommodate growth.

Gretchen Hofeling was appointed to the Associate Board in 2024 after previously serving on the Supervisory Committee, where she was appointed in 2020. She serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at LWCC, overseeing finance, underwriting, claims, real estate and IT operations. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Gretchen brings deep financial and operational expertise to the Board. She holds accounting degrees from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant. Gretchen also serves on several nonprofit and corporate boards, including the LWCC Foundation and Prescient National Insurance Company.
